The Ikea GS1 project team needed several product teams to deliver user-centric designs for the global integration plan to roll out smoothly in all supplier factories, Ikea retailers, and warehouses. I was in the service lead role to support product and project teams in collecting unknown gaps from suppliers' current ways of work.
There were 36+ in-depth online interviews/workshops conducted, and numerous business analytic meetings hosted to bring the best solution plan for internal/external end-users and Ikea business to have the most sustainable approach for their different product integration phases.
