Lynk&Co has launched the mobile app to establish their car-sharing business model in Sweden, the Netherlands, and Germany in the Summer and Autumn of 2021. I was the Business Analyst / UX specialist to support a cross-development team, a cross-platform business model for their mobile app team releasing their first nine app release. The client was facing a lot of communication gaps between suppliers and the business management team, and I joined the team while they were in the progress to migrate work from their Asia development team to the Europe development team. During this time, I succeed at giving critical business suggestions to the client and development team to make carsharing work for SE, NE, and GE markets based on hosting different workshops and communication with suppliers as well as the design team.
