Polestar Parallax was a project client that I service design for from Idean. The client faced an organizational change in 2019 and I was hired to help the PR team to strengthen their product-employee app.

Polestar Employee App is a communication app. I started by interviewing users, conduct workshops with stakeholders and reference groups to gather more data to achieve a product integration plan for the development team to iterate on the mobile app product.
