Lynk&Co has launched the mobile app to establish their car-sharing business model in Sweden, the Netherland, and Germany in the Summer and Autumn of 2021. I was the Business Analyst / UX specialist to support a cross-development team, a cross-platform business model for their mobile app team at releasing their first nine app release.

Volvo Cars 2011 Concept You were the first electric concept car before the new XC generation was designed and developed. As the UI / UX designer for the client, I was the HMI specialist to join the team from Global Logic ( Assign before ) The client's challenge was to come up with a fresh new UI rather than the traditional speedometer cluster and to design a human-centric infotainment system display to each in-car functions intuitively.

Polestar Parallax was a project client that I service design for from Idean. The client has faced an organizational change in 2019 and I was hired to help the PR team to strengthen their product-employee app.

Pand.ai first came to me for UX design in 2014. I helped them to initiate the first user journey with the chatbot service campaign. Later in 2019, they came back to ask for a rebrand experience. It was all done online including the entire design thinking workshop experience.

2014, I was in a 2 years project with London Taxi and Geely ( VCC ). The challenge was to bring a new look and feel to the traditional London Taxi Company. It was the first full-electric car that the company would have. It was a great experience delivering the SW package as a whole to my client at the end of this service.
